ANONORANGE & XENUBARB ATTACKED AT GOLD BASE

Scientologists have beaten protesters in several cities worldwide

 

  THE BEATING

In October 2008 several protesters were at Gold Base enturbulating Scientology. Various mysterious things happened and when protester AnonOrange went to check them out he was assaulted by the guards while still several feet on public property. It's all in the video at left. When protester XenuBarb tried to help him the guards also attacked her. Since then they have lived with fear of arrest, lawsuits and harassment. The cult brought charges of assault and trespass against AnonOrange but AnonOrange has been unable to bring the cult to justice for the actions of their guards. The guards were almost certainly operating under the direction of cult leader David Miscavige who calls Gold Base home, although he is rarely there.
  POLICE CORRUPTION IN HEMET, CA Part 1

After being charged in his own beating protester AnonOrange and fellow protester Resistance went to the Hemet, CA sheriff's station to try to get their charges against Scientology taken seriously. As you can see in the video, the cops tried to arrest Resistance for her trouble!  Why? They thought she was protester XenuBarb who was semi in hiding because she feared being charged also. She had not been charged on the day of the attack even though she did all the same things AnonOrange did.  Why do the cops treat them this way? Corruption, a major problem in Riverside.
  POLICE CORRUPTION IN HEMET, CA Part 2

After being ignored by the police and having his friend almost arrested, protester AnonOrange makes a fifth attempt to ge the police to listen to him. This time he brought KESQ-TV investigative reporter Nathan Baca with him to record the proceedings. A Lt. Knudson of the Sheriff's office came out looking very nervous about the whole thing. She placed an investigator on the case. The investigator recommended that charges against AnonOrange be dropped and instead the guards be charged. The DA's office ignored her recommendations. Eventually the data AnonOrange gave her in this video was destroyed from the Hemet evidence locker and later even from the DA's office. More Riverside corruption.  Scientology excels at getting people inside to destroy evidence.

 

JUDGE SHARON WATERS

Protester AnonOrange will be having his day in court soon.  He was originally concerned that Judge Sharon Waters might be biased because she had ruled against Scientology protesters in the past. But he is very happy with her and feels she will give the trial a fair hearing.  The first test will be on August 20th when she decides whether the Angry Gay Pope must be deposed again.

CULT DEMANDS AO BE DEPOSED, DEMURRED AGAIN

The cult earlier deposed protester AnonOrange in his civil trial against them.  Then they used a "demurrer" to object to parts of AnonOrange's lawsuit. He decided to remove all those sections unconditionally because there was plenty of good material left. Now they are vexatiously demurring and deposing again.  They want him to remove even more portions of his lawsuit and submit to another interview. Cult lawyer Kendrick Moxon has also vexatiously subpoenaed twenty-five individuals and businesses in the AnonOrange beating case while ignoring subpoenas for people who were at the event. Besides protesters Glib, Casper, Resistance and myself they are evening demanding info of the costume and sign companies AnonOrange used for his protests. Most significantly, they are demanding info from three rental car companies. How did they find out about the rental car companies? They probably looked up the license plates of the cars he has used. In CA that is illegal I believe. Only the police can do that I think. Or they got into his financial records. That's also sneaky.   RIVERSIDE DA DROPS ALL CHARGES AFTER 1 YEAR - CIVIL SUIT BEGINS

Until October 2009 the Riverside DA spent a year totally capitulated to Scientology. AnonOrange was forced to pay for much research into Gold Base and its property line. He dug up a lot of interesting dirt and finally determined he wasn't on Scientology property. The DA even considered doing an expensive survey of it's own before finally, for some reason, they dropped the charges against him. But by then Scientology had destroyed evidence in the police locker several times. Charges were soon filed against the guards and you can watch them being served in their guard shack in the video at right. Scientology hired lawyers Lester & Cantrell of Riverside to represent them.
ANONORANGE LOSES LAWYER GRAHAM BERRY - GETS ANOTHER

In March 2010 AnonOrange's lawyer Graham Berry, who has devoted his life to fighting Scientology, himself got sued by cult lawyer Kendrick Moxon (V for Vexatious Trial). This forced him to give up defending AnonOrange and Orange was forced to find another lawyer. This is hard because most lawyers are terrified of Scientology and so are many judges.  Finally he found a second lawyer who was willing to help him on his own time, John Boyd, Jr. He hates the same politicans and corruption in Riverside AnonOrange does and is motivated to "help clean up Dodge." Scientology soon put pressure on Boyd's father, John Boyd Sr., who had in the past provided representation to Scientology. They tried to force him to stop his son from representing AnonOrange.

PROTESTERS FIGHT BEING DEPOSED IN ANONORANGE BEATING CASE - THEIR LAWYER GRAHAM BERRY RECUSES HIMSELF

In April 2010 protesters including the Angry Gay Pope, Casper, Resistance and Glib are fighting being deposed by the cult in the Gold Base Anonorange Beating Case. Recently my lawyer Graham Berry had to recuse himself from the case as my representation due to conflict of interest claims by the cult's lawyers. His angry letter is below. If lawyer Barry Van Sickle can represent us in June after his hip replacement operation perhaps the depositions will occur then. Personally I find it absurd that I must be deposed and surrender all documents about Anonorange due to a beating event I was not even present for!
